Tyga Dodges Felony Charge in Domestic Violence Case, Could Get Misdemeanor

Tyga's ex called the cops after she was allegedly attacked by the rapper. He turned himself into police last month when his ex, Camaryn Swanson claimed he put hands on her when she came by his home, at his request. Well, Tyga will not get hit with a felony charge, according to TMZ. The police passed the case to the LA County District Attorney's Office so they could decide if they wanted to file charges against Tyga, but that case was handed over to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Basically he won't get that felony charge because on the D.A.'s Office can charge people with a felony. Apparently, Camaryn's injuries, that she posted after the alleged attack, did not rise to a felony charge and that's the reason it was kicked to the City Attorney. However, Tyga could still be hit with a misdemeanor.
