Kevin McCall Goes From Fighting for Child Custody to Cop in Court

If you've watched Real Housewives of Atlanta and listened to some of Eva Marcille's stories about her baby's father and singer/songwriter, Kevin McCall, the stories sound crazy. Eva makes it seem like Kevin is crazy and is a ticking time bomb with stalker vibes. While we didn't know whether to believe it, she may have been right the entire time. According to TMZ, Kevin got arrested in court. He was to attend a hearing on his ongoing child custody battle with Eva. Well Kevin was on his phone trying to do an Instagram Live feed while walking through the courthouse and police repeatedly told him he wasn't allowed to record video in the courthouse, but Kevin didn't listen. He refused and in the video, you hear Kevin basically calling the cop names and even wanted the cop to fight him. Well, you see what happened. Kevin swatted away a sergeant's hands and backup was called to detain Kevin and he broke loose. At one point when the cops attempt to detain Kevin again, he and the sergeant fell down an escalator. Let's just say we don't think he will be getting custody of his child any time soon. Kevin was booked on 5 charges with 4 misdemeanors that included obstruction of a law enforcement officer, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault. Yeah, things aren't looking so good for him.
