The Game Denied Appeal In Sexual Assault Case and Still Has to Pay $7 Mill

I thought it had been determined The Game lost a lawsuit to a woman and had to cough up $7 million. Priscilla Rainey filed a lawsuit against the rapper after she claims she was sexually assaulted on the now defunct VH1 reality show where The Game was trying to find a girlfriend. He was ordered to pay Rainey $7 million. It had gotten so bad that even within the past few months, she was trying to get his assets if he didn't pay up, which, includes profits from his businesses and music royalties. Well, I guess Game didn't think it was fair because he tried to get a new trial, however, TMZ reports he lost the appeal for a new trial. He still has to pay Rainey from a 4-year-old case. But on top of that, the appeals court affirmed the lower court's ruling, slamming Game for blowing off the trial by not showing up. Oh boy!
