Well don't stop get it, get it, Issa Rae. According to Hip Hop Wired, Issa is teaming with Atlantic Records for a new label. It's a joint venture for a record label called Raedio and it was announced on Oct. 18. But you get it, Raedio for Issa Rae. With this partnership, the concept is described as an “audio everywhere company” with its talent, and their music, being placed in platforms likes film and television shows, ads, podcasts and more. And that works great for Issa considering her show, Insecure, and her supervision on HBO's A Black Lady Sketch Show. If you don't watch Insecure, then you are definitely missing out on the dope music she incorporates in her series. Issa said, "Raedio allows me to continue that work within the music industry and audio entertainment space. The Atlantic Records team are innovators in terms of shifting and shaping culture. I’m excited to join forces with them to discover new artists." And there is already an artist. Haitian-American singer TeaMarrr dropped her single "Kinda Love" to coincide with the label announcement.
