Do you remember when Kevin's former partners iGo Marketing decided to sue the comedian because they claim they had a deal with him to help market the comedian and actor. They were suing for breach of contract and wanted no less than $1.8 million. Back in 2015, the company said they negotiated a deal with Rally Healthcare, that was a 3-year deal that called for Kevin to get partially in cash and part in stock options. But then Kevin terminated his deal with the marketing company, but they claim Kevin didn't pay them their 15% on the third year option of the deal or for the value of the stock option. Kevin even countersued them saying the company was using his likeness and said he never had a written agreement with iGo. On top of that, since the Rally deal happened after Kevin dropped the company, he didn't feel he owed them money. But according to The Blast, a judge sided with iGo and Kevin has to pay up. The judged ordered Kevin to pay $701,539.73 within sixty days of the court order.
