Eddie Murphy Will Host SNL For First Time in 35 Years

Well it has been forever since you've seen Eddie Murphy on Saturday Night Live. If anything, you may have seen clips of Eddie on the variety show when he joined the cast back in the 80's. Well it's been about 35 years, but Eddie is returning to his stomping grounds. Now, he isn't returning as part of the crew, but he will return to host the show. We are definitely curious to see how he does as the host. Saturday Night Live basically confirmed he will be hosting on their social media. But of course, Eddie has a lot going on these days because he's been featured on Netflix with Jerry Seinfield in Comedians in Cars and he has his Netflix film, My Name is Dolemite coming out soon. And let's not forget Eddie is gearing up for a sequel of the cult classic Coming to America. Look for Eddie to return and host SNL on December 21.
