I swear this season has been full of some great movies. But of course, a good thriller makes for a good moment. David Oyelowo is starring in a new supernatural thriller called "Don't Let Go." Okay, so the title alone sounds more like a possible horror movie and that's what David's character is going through after he loses his family and his niece, played by Storm Reid. So here is where things get a little crazy. He plays a cop and gets call from his niece who is screaming for help. He rushes to the house to an unfortunate situation. Of course he goes through mourning, only to receive a call from his niece. The call comes 2 weeks into the future he works to prevent her death before it happens. It reminds me a bit of Denzel's "Deja Vu" and a little of "Taken." But it looks pretty intense. The movie will hit theaters on August 30 but check out the trailer.
