Lil Nas X Let It Be Known He's Gay During Pride Month

Pride month was full of parades, love and allies. On Sunday, millions celebrated World Pride Day. But before the month ended, one particular person wanted to let us know what was going on. Lil Nas X basically came out as a gay man. The "Old Town Road" artist tweeted, "some of y’all already know, some of y’all don’t care, some of y’all not gone fwm no more. but before this month ends i want y’all to listen closely to c7osure," with a rainbow and and starry-eyed emoji. He posted it with a clip of one of his songs as well. Plus, he posted another tweet saying he thought he made if obvious, with a glimpse of the album cover and a portion of it that had the rainbow colors in it. Okay, so that part wasn't so obvious though. I thought it was just the colors of the album. Some of his fans responded to his tweet, realizing Lil Nas X was talking about cheating on a man in one of his songs, and many of them saying they still support him. Hey, he just wanted to let people know and there is nothing wrong with wanting to be transparent with your fans.
