Philly D.A. Wants Meek Mill Gets a New Trial and Judge

You would think things were okay with Meek Mill since he is on his justice reform tip. However, it's not because unfortunately, the rapper is still on probation. TMZ reports the D.A.'s Office filed new paperwork in Philly asking Meek be retried in his probation violation case. On top of that, the D.A. doesn't want Judge Genece Brinkley as his judge because the D.A. believes she has been biased throughout the entire case. Remember the judge sentenced Meek to 2-4 years in state prison then his team asked for a new trial and the judge refused to grant the retrial. The D.A. doesn't even consider Meek a threat in the community, plus he completed drug treatment and the D.A. believes Meek should get another chance in court with a new judge.
