If you've been watching Love and Hip Hop New York, you've seen the relationship and engagement play out between Joe Budden and Cyn Santana. It was so dope how he popped the question to her. So what's next? Of course a nice, big wedding and probably with a wedding special, right? Well it seems there may be a wrench thrown into things. There are rumors that the two have broken up. However, according to The Jasmine Brand, Joe addressed the rumors saying they didn't break up. But with that being said, Joe was careful with his words when he said they haven't broken up because neither of them said they were over with each other. But they haven't spoken in a while. Joe also revealed that Cyn moved out. Wait, what? So he doesn't consider that a break up?
