Chicago Wants Jussie Smollett to Pay $130k for the Attack Investigation

Ever since word got out that Jussie Smollett's charges have been dropped, his record wiped clean and his record sealed, the city of Chicago Police Department and the mayor call bull. If you haven't heard, the Chicago PD Superintendent and Mayor Rahm Emanuel still believe Jussie is guilty. In fact, they want the actor to pay the city. According to TMZ, the city is demanding $130k for doing all of that work for the investigation of the alleged attack on Jussie. Jussie's people rejected the request but sources connected to the Mayor said they will set it up as a civil case to get their money from Jussie. If Jussie can fight this battle, then a judge will have to decide if the attack was fake before deciding is Jussie has to pay the city of Chicago.
