Kevin Hart is trying to stay away from trouble and promote all of his movies and other projects. Why not, right? Well unfortunately, he is still dealing with a lawsuit from a former business partner. When things went left in his cheating scandal and an attempted extortion deal, it messed up a deal. Stand Up Digital filed a lawsuit last year against Kevin saying that his cheating messed up their deal on the app's potential success called Gold Ambush, according to The Blast. Kevin was trying to get the case tossed out, but a judge denied that request. The former business partner is suing Kevin for $7 million and the judge said the company have enough support to continue the lawsuit. Damn, they won't even give the man a break.
