Chris Brown Has Been Released and Plans to Sue Woman for Defamation

Chris Brown was arrested in Paris after a 24-year-old woman accused the singer and two others of rape in Chris' hotel room. He has been released from jail with no charges according to TMZ. The woman says she met Chris at a hotel and then went to the nightclub. She was tired and she claims his crew convinced her to go back to the hotel with a group of people. The woman then claims she went to the bathroom when Chris followed her and claims the rape lasted 25-30 minutes. She also said the singers bodyguard "abused" her. Meanwhile, Chris denies the woman's claims. He even posted on his Instagram, "This Bitch Lyin! I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR...... THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!" A source close to Chris said the singer was never alone with alleged victim and his girlfriend, Ammika Harris was in the room the entire time. There was even more than 20 people in the room kicking it and listening to music. Although Chris has been released, the investigations will continue in Paris. Meanwhile, Chris' Parisian lawyer said the singer is looking to sue the alleged victim for defamation. The lawyer said, "He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris," according to TMZ.
