Photographer Sues Viacom Over Cardi B Picture

There is a photographer who is looking to get her money. According to TMZ, a photographer is suing VH1 and BET because they used a photo of Cardi B without permission. Rebecca Fay Walsh took a photo of the rapper but found out Cardi used the picture in a social media post, but then her post popped up on VH1.com and BET.com. You see where this is going. Walsh is suing because they didn't get permission to used the photo, so now Walsh is suing Viacom. She wants the company to pay $150k for each use of the shot. But keep in mind that she isn't suing Cardi. Will she get that money? (Photo seen here isn't the one used in the lawsuit)
