Ty Dolla $ign Gets Indicted For Drug Possession

Damn! Say it ain't so. Ty Dolla $ign could be facing some serious jail time. According to TMZ, he was arrested in Atlanta a while back when cops allegedly found drugs in his bag after searching his limo van. Ty has been hit with 3 counts that include felony of possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of less than 1 ounce of weed. Ty remains his innocence, according to his rep. If the rapper/singer is convicted, he could get up to 15 years in prison. His rep believes this case is a procedural step in resolving things. During the bust, Ty's money and jewelry was also seized and taken and was recently ordered to be returned to him last week.
