Cardi B Countersues Ex-Manager for $15 Million

Cardi B may have missed one important court date, but let's hope she doesn't miss this one. Cardi's former manager, Shaft sued the rapper back in April claiming he made her famous she cut him off. He sued Cardi for $10 million. Well that didn't sit well with Cardi because she hit him with a countersuit for $15 million. She even said Shaft overstepped the bounds of a manager, according to TMZ, by controlling every aspect of her personal and even private life with her relationship with Offset. The court had agreed to delay her deposition back when she was pregnant, but now all bets are off. Now, even though Cardi announced she was done with her husband, Offset, there is a chance he could be called into the court case.
