Beyonce Will Settle Lawsuit Over Feyonce Clothing Line

I feel like this lawsuit is a few years old now and almost forgot about it. Beyonce got mad at a Texas clothing line and launched a copyright infringement lawsuit two years ago because they were basically using her name to sell it's products for Feyonce, selling items for women who were engaged. In the lawsuit, Beyonce said they were taking her name and making it seem like she had involvement with and confusing her fans thinking she was endorsing the clothing line. Well according to The Blast, both parties are working on a settlement and Beyonce is requesting a hearing scheduled for November 1 to be adjourned. Both Beyonce and the clothing line company have met and are moving along with negotiations. Also, Beyoncé says she does not expect the case with the owners of Feyonce to go to trial after all. The settlement talks come just weeks after a federal judge shut down Beyonce by denying her motion for an injunction against Feyonce, because the judge doesn't believe her fans would be confused by the two different brands.
