Tekashi Gets Probation Instead of Years for Child Sex Charges

It looks like Tekashi 6ix9nine avoids jail time. According to TMZ, prosecutors were pushing for Tekashi to spend 1-3 years in a state prison and register as a sex offender. He pled guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance in 2015. But somehow and some way, Tekashi won't be getting locked up after all. Instead the rapper has been sentenced to 4 years of probation. Apparently he really has been trying to get his life right because a judge already gave him credit for one year. Tekashi will also have to perform 1,000 of hours of community service and can have no gang activity or even associate with any members. Now if Tekashi manages to get in more trouble, he could be resentenced and he could get jail time.
