Pooch Hall Gets Charged with DUI and Child Abuse

Just as the new season of Showtime's "Ray Donovan" is about to start, one of it's stars is in trouble. You remember when Pooch Hall was arrested because he was driving drunk and let his 2-year-old son steer the car? TMZ reports Pooch has now been criminally charged with felony child abuse and DUI for that accident. As far as the child abuse, he basically put his son in danger by letting the toddler steer the wheel and wasn't strapped in or even in his car seat. Pooch's car smashed into a parked car, and thankfully Pooch nor his son were injured. But will he continue to have a job on the Showtime series, because Pooch now faces a maximum of 6 years and 6 months in prison. Ouch!
