The Clothing Line Khaled is Suing Over Son's Name, Speaks Out

We all know how DJ Khaled is with his son. We know his son, Asahd is basically a brand and Khaled will protect his brand. We get it, especially the parents. But you definitely better not cross Khaled when it involves his son. There was a clothing company who was trying to benefit from Khaled's son's name. According to The Jasmine Brand, Khaled and his entertainment company, ATK Entermainment company, filed a lawsuit against Curtis Borden Ave and Business Moves Consulting Inc because they were using Asahd's name to sell clothes. Khaled believes they were using the well-known brands to make a profit when they tried to trademark Asahd Couture and more. Back in August, the company claims they did nothing wrong. They are asking the court to drop the lawsuit, claiming, Khaled and Asahd are personal names and are invalid as trademarks and the clothing company even said "plaintiffs use of 'we the best is a phrase" that many people use. Now they better cut it out and cut that check.
