Ne-Yo is Teams With His Kids' Mother, Monyetta Shaw, for Co-Parenting Book

Now this is how you make things work with your ex and kids' mother. Ne-Yo and his ex, Monyetta Shaw have been getting along pretty well since they broke off their engagement years ago. Of course Ne-Yo is now married with an added two kids with Crystal Smith, but he isn't a deadbeat. In fact, you can say Ne-Yo and his ex, Monyetta are taking a page from Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys with Swizz's ex, Mashonda. They are definitely a blended family. But speaking of pages, Monyetta is getting ready to release another book, "Keep it Classy," according to The YBF. The book is a how-to-guide for moms and dads on how to co-parent. And of course she is giving first-hand experience with her ex, Ne-Yo. In fact, he collaborated on the book with the foreword, "The purpose of this book is far more important than just being an artist or an author. What's most important is protecting the hearts and minds of innocent children, ours, and yours," Ne-Yo wrote. "This book is about preventing kids from being on the receiving end of issues and circumstances that we grownups create for ourselves. It's about a state of mind, helping parents remove the harmful attitudes and behavior that threaten them and their children's wellbeing." This sounds like it will definitely be helpful to parents who are in a co-parenting situation. The book will be out on Sept. 28.
