Over a month ago, I mentioned there was an artist who was trying to come after Nicki Minaj. A guy, Isiah Simone, was trying to sue Nicki over a shirt that read "I love Nicki" with a heart shaped cleavage that represented the word love. The guy said he created a design that was pretty much the same for his shirts that read "I Love Venice Beach". Well according to The Jasmine Brand, the artist has dropped his lawsuit against Nicki. Simone went after Nicki and Universal Music and wanted them to stop selling the merchandise. We're not sure why he had a change of heart and dropped his lawsuit. In the documents, it's not stated that there was a settlement between the parties. Maybe he felt his case wasn't strong enough.
