While Donald Glover, also known as Childish Gambino, is riding high on his successes, someone is throwing a wrench in it. According to The Jasmine Brand, he is being sued by his former record label, Glassnote Records over royalties. Although he is with RCA Records now, Glassnote is the company that released his last three albums and many of his mixtapes. But they are claiming Gambino kept money from them. Glassnote says Gambino earned over $700k in streaming money, but they haven't gotten anything from that. Glassnote is even demanding $1.5 million to resolve the streaming dispute. By the way, Gambino released Awaken, My Love on Glassnote's label.
