A woman came out the blue saying that Jamie Foxx slapped her in her face with his penis. She claimed in 2002, Jamie tried to force her to give him oral pleasure and she refused and that's when the slap happened. Jamie had been denying the story saying he didn't even remember that at all, nor the woman. TMZ now reports Jamie is off the hook, criminally, for the alleged penis slap because the case has been closed. Las Vegas PD says because of the statute of limitations of 3 years has long since run, as well as a civil suit. Remember, Jamie was threatening legal action of his own. We're wondering if he will still seek action.
