The Obamas Get Multi-Year Deal with Netflix

Sometime a few months ago, we heard that both former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama were going to release some books and even have some type of deal with Netflix. Well after their stay at the White House, they are doing all of the above. Netflix confirmed on Monday they are partnering with the Obamas for a multi-year deal where the Obamas will produce films and series for Netflix. Yes, we heard that but now we get the official confirmation. The deal will include scripted and unscripted series, documentaries and features. It sounds like they have room to do whatever they feel. However, there are still haters because after Netflix tweeted about it, the haters came out to play. Some people said they would stop their subscription to Netflix, while others claimed former POTUS Obama ruined America. What the hell? Meanwhile, there are some people who cannot wait to see what they put out for Netflix.
