Trey Songz Not Charged in Assault Case

It looks like Trey Songz is off the hook. Remember the woman, Andrea Buera, who claimed Trey slapped, choked and punched her at a party during NBA weekend? Well it seems like her story contradicted what some witnesses had to say. And according to Page Six, the Los Angeles City Attorney has declined to file misdemeanor charges. Last month the DA rejected the felony case. And now he won't be charged in the domestic assault case, either. Trey hasn't posted anything about the case since it happened. In the beginning, he did mention how his team didn't want him to say anything, but around that time, he simply posted on social media, that he believed the woman was lying just to gain attention. It looks like Trey was correct.
