Kevin Powell Dismisses Tupac Movie Lawsuit

If you had a chance to check out the Tupac Shakur biopic, "All Eyez on Me," then you may be familiar with a few scenes where a journalist was interviewing Pac. That journalist was Kevin Powell. Well he sued Lionsgate, Morgan Creek Pictures and the film producers/screenwriters for copyright infringement about his Vibe interview with Tupac. He was never asked by the producers, to use his work. But according to The Jasmine Brand, Powell has decided to dismiss the claims against the defendants. But he could refile four to six claims at a later time it he wants to. It makes you wonder what made him decide to dismiss the case.
