DMX Wants to Play Music for Judge

Okay, I may be convinced DMX is on something. He faces up to 5 years in jail for tax evasion. He is supposed to go back to court for a $2.3 million tax bill. According to Hip Hop Wired, DMX has been in jail since January for failing a drug test when he was out on bail. But here is where things sound a bit crazy. DMX's lawyer, Murray Richman wants to play some of DMX's music for the judge to seek leniency in the next court date. For instance, he wants to play "Slippin" thinking the lyrics will speak of DMX's history of failed attempts at beating addictions. But I'm sure the judge may be aware of DMX's music and that may not be a good idea. We will see.
