Ice Cube Wants Big 3 Lawsuit Dismissed

Ice Cube's Big 3 League is being sued by Champions Basketball League and Cube wants the case dismissed. According to The Jasmine Brand, the battle is still going on. Basically, around the time the CBL was to do their thing, they claim Cube's league prevented the CBL to launch on time. Apparently, they were also to sign former NBA players but some of them signed with Cube. There was an agreement that was worked out, but CBL claims Big 3 screwed them over in the deal. They are suing Cube for $50 million and don't want the case dismissed because they claim Cube knew about the contracts.
