Sometimes it only takes one thing or one person to wake you up about your health. Swizz Beatz was inspired by the death of his brother and the producer decided to go get a check-up. He got a colonoscopy, which is one procedure a lot of men are afraid of getting. Swizz said he wanted to start of 2018 by keeping a promise to his brother about spreading the word about how important our health is.
