The woman who claims Usher gave her herpes is not only suing the singer, but now an insurance company. According to TMZ, Laura Helm is suing the insurers because she says her application for insurance ended up in a blog post which revealed the "private" health information. She claims the broker took screenshots of her application and gave them to a blog. She is suing 3 insurance companies and the blog that posted the info. She did dismiss her lawsuit against Usher.
