Well how about this mess. The woman who claimed she had been raped by Nelly, didn't cooperate with the authorities, so the case was dropped. Nelly decided he will sue the woman for lying and messing with his reputation. But in a turn of events, the rape accuser has now filed a lawsuit against Nelly, claiming sexual assault and defamation, according to TMZ. The woman, Monique Greene claims she was forced to have sex with Nelly when he invited her back on his tour bus. She claims when she screamed she wanted to get off the bus, one of Nelly's people pushed her off and she claims Nelly threw $100 at her. As for the defamation part, Greene claims after Nelly was arrested, his team started talking mess about her saying she was after money and fame.
