Everyone is suing someone over something. LeBron James' tattoo artist is coming after the company behind NBA2k17. James Hayden, a famous tattoo artist claiming the the video game company used his art without permission. Basically, LeBron's likeness in the game has tattoos, as well as other NBA players and Hayden owns the copyrights on the artwork that was inked on the players. Hayden is upset because in the video game, his "Gloria" tat as well as his "Lion Design," were used in the game, according to TMZ. Now Hayden wants a portion of the NBA2K franchise profits.
