A couple of years ago, Jennifer Hudson was in town and we asked her about the family. Everyone was doing well, from her son to her fiance, David Otunga. She and David had been engaged for almost 10 years and now the two have called things off. TMZ reports the two have split and Jennifer even filed for and was granted a restraining order. David was trying to be amicable as a parent and was trying to work things out and become their son's primary caregiver while Jennifer does her thing with touring, traveling, etc. But Jennifer doesn't want to lose her son. She requested the protective order in the interest of her son and no, David never touched or got physical with her.
