- Michael Jackson will be tried for allegedly molesting Wade Robson as a child after the California Court of Appeal will allow Robson to pursue a case accusing Jackson of molestation at Neverland Ranch.
- While Robson can’t sue Jackson posthumously, he is suing MJJ Productions, Inc. Jackson's lawyers said the company had no duty to protect Robson from MJ because they couldn't control him.
- The trial court agreed with the estate, but the Court of Appeal disagreed with a tentative ruling, sending the case back for trial. Robson alleges Jackson befriended and sexually abused him when he came to the U.S. from Australia as a young boy.
- In 2005, Robson testified that he slept in MJ's bed with the singer, but nothing happened. He changed his story in 2013, bringing suit to the company. He admitted lying for Jackson because of “manipulation and brainwashing.”
