Ma$e Talks Writing For Diddy: “’Mo Money Mo Problems’ I Came Up With That”

Ma$e stated he created Bad Boy "lyrically" but departed because Diddy didn't pay him. The rapper-turned-pastor departed owing to a lack of respect and poor pay. He claims he was the label's "creator" but was never recognized or paid for his "moments." The Harlem World rapper discussed his fight with Diddy on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, saying, "Puff would party while I was in the studio writing songs." When Diddy returned, he chose who would play what part, "but I created it all lyrically." Ma$e claims he came up with the Bad Boy hit, “Mo Money, Mo Problems.” Fivio Foreign blames Ma$e for treating him the same way after giving him a $5,000 sign-on bonus when he signed him to his RichFish label in 2019.
