Ella Mai on Recording Her Sophomore Album

It's been three years since Ella Mai's debut album.
The album is two times platinum.
She is back with a new song titled, DFMU produced by DJ Mustard.
She describes the song as a therapy session for herself.
She said on her first album she went in the studio and did 'whatever.'
This time around the process is different because she is more experienced and due to that experience it is making things more difficult for her.
