Travis Scott Wants Astroworld Lawsuit Dismissed

Travis Scott doesn't believe he's liable when it comes to the tragedy that happened at his Astrwold Festival so he's asking a judge to drop one of the lawsuits against him.
Scott is denying claims made against him by alleged festival goer Jessie Garcia and wants the suit to be nixed with prejudice pertaining to him, his company Cactus Jack and Jack Enterprises.
To make it easier for you to understand, Travis is denying any responsibility for the deaths and injuries that happened during the festival and according to sources, he plans on doing the same for other lawsuits.
This is the first time Travis has denied responsibility in court, before he only made claims through public statements.
