DaBaby's Las Vegas Battery Case Dismissed

  • A Las Vegas battery case against DaBaby has been dismissed. The charges stem from a driver who alleged DaBaby attacked him during a ride in November 2020. 
  • The case was dismissed with prejudice, which means it was dismissed and couldn’t be refiled. 
  • TMZwas told by the Clark County District Attorney’s office that DaBaby had satisfied all of his obligations, including a payment to the victim in the amount of $7,500.
  • DaBaby’s attorney called the case a “money grab,” but now DaBaby can put it all behind him and move on.
