Cardi B Responds To “Queen Of Hip-Hop” Claims By Halle Berry& Winnie Harlow

  • Cardi B responded to people who were flooding her timeline over comments Halle Berry and Winnie Harlow recently made about the “Queen of Hip-Hop.”
  • During the premiere of Halle’s new movie ,Bruised, on Saturday (November 13) the movie star talked about the all-female soundtrack that was curated by herself and Cardi while naming the rapper the “Queen of Hip-Hop,” and the Barbz weren’t happy about it. 
  • On Sunday Winnie Harlow announced the winner for Best Hip-Hop female at the 2021 Europe Music Awards, the winner was Nicki Minaj, who Winnie called,"the one and only Queen of Hip Hop," seemingly a jab at Halle’s comment. 
  • Cardi has since weighed in on the debate going to Twitter and writing,"I know how some of you girls like to tussle over this typa childish s***… but ntm on Halle Berry. Anyway, her movie #BRUISED dropping THAT SHE DIRECTED HERSELF on Netflix on November 24th. The FIRST female rap movie soundtrack!! we produced together out this FRIDAY!"
