  • Chris Brown and Drake have been hit with a lawsuit for allegedly stealing a singer and producers song for their hit, No Guidance.
  • In the lawsuit Braindon Cooper and Timothy Valentine have filled a copyright infringement.
  • They allege the following parts of the song was taken in whole or in part from them:
    • The beat
    • Lyrics
    • Hook
    • Rhythmic structure
    • Metrical placement
    • Narrative context from their song was copied.
  • They are seeking monetary damages no less than 50% of all direct and indirect royalties and revenues generated by the song.
