Wendy Williams Postpones New Season After Testing Positive for COVID

Let's wish Wendy Williams all the best. Recently, her people hopped on social media saying that the new season of her show would be delayed because she was battling with some health issues. We didn't know what that meant because she has had some battles lately. The new season was supposed to kick off for Wendy on Sept. 20. However, just Wednesday, there was an updated release about what health issues the talk show host is going through. A statement was posted explaining, "While continuing her health evaluations, Wendy has tested positive for a breakthrough case of COVID-19. To allow Wendy time to quarantine and fully recover and to ensure that our production abides by all SAG/AFTRA and DGA COVID protocols, we expect to begin the 13th season ofThe Wendy Williams Show on Monday, October 4th. In the meantime, repeats will be scheduled." We are pretty sure when she returns to the show, she will tell us more about things, but we wish her well.
