Nicki Minaj seems to be keeping quiet lately about what's going on with her husband, and focusing on some music. Well, that's what we get when you look at her social media posts. However, Nicki's husband is still going through legal issues. Her husband, Kenneth Petty pleaded guilty to failure of registering as a sex offender when he moved to California. Although his attempted rape case happened back in 1995, when he made his move to California, he never registered and was arrested last March because he didn't register. People reports Kenneth is currently facing the possibility of spending 10 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release after pleading guilty. At first, he initially pleaded not guilty to the charge at the time of his arrest and posted $100,000 bail. He is a level 2 sex offender. His sentencing is scheduled for January 24, 2022.
