LeBron James to Produce Netflix Film About Native American Ballers

LeBron James knows how to get that bag outside of playing basketball. Of course the baller has his production company that has actually been quite busy. According to the Hollywood Reporter, LeBron has just inked a deal with Netflix for a new basketball film. And wait, before you go thinking, "Here we go," this is actually something different, but something he can definitely relate to. He will be producing a film called Rez Ball. The movie will be about the Native American basketball scene. The movie “follows the Chuska Warriors, a Native American high school basketball team from Chuska, New Mexico, that must band together after losing their star player if they want to keep their quest for a state championship alive. It’s an all-American underdog story about Navajo kids and coaches told from the inside-out.” The movie will be released in 2022.
