Donald Glover, known as Childish Gambino has been accused of stealing. A rapper who goes by Kidd Wes is suing Gambino, claiming Gambino pretty much copied his song, "Made in America." Of course we are all familiar with Gambino's "This is America." Wes claims his song was on the Internet 2 years before Gambino's song was released, according to TMZ. Wes said his song had copyright in 2017, a year before Gambino released his. Wes claims the hook of Gambino's song is very similar to his song as well as the flow of the song. Wes is suing Gambino, the label, the writers and even Young Thug who sings backup on Gambino's track. He claims Gambino stole his song, but hey, this is America.
