On Friday, "Concrete Cowboy" will premiere on Netflix. The movie stars Idris Elba, Caleb McLaughlin, Lorraine Toussaint and more. The movie was directed by Ricky Staub. The movie is about the urban cowboys that reside in the Philly area, right on Fletcher Street. I had a chance to speak with Caleb who stars as Cole and Ricky, who directed the movie.
