H.E.R. Hit with Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Over "Focus"

Everyone is familiar with H.E.R. and her amazing voice. It's like she popped out on the scene and kept it rolling ever since. There is nothing bad to say about the young lady. However, it seems H.E.R. got caught up in a lawsuit. Although, because I'm a fan, I will say it doesn't seem like she is the main one at fault. The Jasmine Brand exclusively reports, H.E.R. music producer Darhyl "DJ" Camper and Justin Love for the song "Focus." It looks like songwriter and piano maestro Andre Sims sued them for copyright infringement. Sims claims that DJ Camper allegedly went on social media and publicly admitted he saw Sims playing his own song "Endless Minds" on YouTube and took it for H.E.R.’s smash hit song "Focus." And while he is excited for all of H.E.R.'s success he still feels hurt over what happened. He said "after months of trying to get the rights back to my song, neither she, nor DJ Camper or Justin Love have even apologized or tried to make this right." But considering there was that video of DJ Camper talking about his inspiration, it sounds like Sims definitely has a case.
