Rappers Come Out and Claim Cardi B Stole "Up" and Cardi Responds

So last week, people heard a world premiere song of Cardi B's latest song, "Up." The track is pretty hot and it's definitely a bop. However, there are a few people who came out saying Cardi basically stole their song. One woman, known as Queen Montana posted that she likes Cardi, but Cardi's "Up" sounds really familiar, referencing Queen's song which, she apparently did back in May 2020. Meanwhile, there were some dudes who claim Cardi stole it from them. New Jersey rappers Mir Pesos and Mir Fontane claim Cardi stole the hook. Now, while many may say that phrase "up" isn't a problem, these rappers think it is. Now Cardi is responding to every rapper who thinks she stole their stuff. She said if she was trying to steal people's music, she rather just pay them for it rather than going to court because she doesn't like going to court. Cardi said she has never even heard of any of the people who claim she stole their sounds, but she said she isn't about stealing people's music.
