There is a new, not-typical, love movie that will premiere on Netflix soon. The movie stars Zendaya and John David Washington and it's called "Malcolm and Marie." During the pandemic, we heard the two took safety precautions to film the movie. Zendaya and David are romantically involved and the movie displays their ups and downs in their relationship. But some people are talking already and it's about Zendaya and John David's ages. She is 24 and he is 36 and fans are talking about their 12-year age gap and being romantically involved in the movie. First of all, it's a movie. Secondly, why is this an issue when many have had age gaps. Well the actors are clapping back at the age critics. Although we are used to seeing her play a teenager, Zendaya says black doesn't crack and that she is grown, is what she told People (TV). As for John David, he said he isn't concerned and said Zendaya has more experience in acting than he does, since he only started 7 years ago.
