Nicki Minaj is out here enjoying motherhood and all of a sudden, someone won't let her have her joy because she has been hit with a lawsuit. According to TMZ, she and Cash Money are being sued for more than $200 million over her song "Rich Sex." A Queens rapper, Jawara Headley, who goes by Brix Billions claims he let Nicki hear his version of the song before 2016. You see where this is going. He claims Nicki stole the song and put it on her Queen album and claims he's not credited as a songwriter for it. And we have to admit, their songs definitely sound alike. He said he is the sole author/writer/producer of the song. But even though he is suing Nicki, apparently, he is given some credit as a writer of "Rich Sex" according to the ASCAP database. So I'm thinking the only way he will have a case is if he didn't get paid for the track.
